Anthony has been involved in hospitality for the past 16 years, spending time in full-service hotels of branded and non-branded operations such as Starwood, Hyatt and Marriott. Anthony has experience with labor unions, menu development, beverage cost controls, private events, purchasing, training, guest experience management, security, housekeeping, front office and overall food and beverage operations. A goal of Anthony’s is to ensure established brand initiatives align with service delivery. When not working, Anthony is an avid sports enthusiast, and avid reader of the Morningstar report.
