Our Team

Cara brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the SHG team. Cara began her career as a Hotel General manger, and transitioned to positions in the Quality Assurance Department, Hotel Opening Operations, and as a Regional Director of Operations, allowing her to expand her knowledge in many aspects of hotel oversight and management. Her focus and passion are team building and training, because she truly believes that as a team, we can accomplish anything together.
