Our Team

Cindy started her journey into hotel management back in 2021, when she was hired on  as a housekeeper and front desk agent for Cobblestone Hotels in Idaho. After six months in these positions, she was promoted to the role of General Manager. During her time as a General Manager, she was able to achieve a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry as she worked to train staff and to uphold the brand's high standards in guest experience. She truly enjoyed working with her team and watching them grow alongside herself. 

 

Cindy has also had the opportunity to work as a Cobblestone Hotels brand ambassador, which had her assisting with the opening of new properties. Along with learning how to train brand new teams, she also supported other General Managers as they learned brand requirements and took on new challenges related to their individual property. 

 

As Cindy transitions into her new role as Regional Director of Operations, she is excited to leverage her understanding of the hospitality industry and collaborate with her fellow Slate Hospitality Group team members. She finds great joy in watching others grow and achieve their goals, and looks forward to aiding them in this process in her new position.
