Our Team

Lisa began her 21-year career as a travel agent working for American Express and became an agency manager at Uniglobe Business Travel. She advanced in her career to become a Dual Branch Manager for AAA in Burnsville and Mankato, Minnesota. Upon her move to Wisconsin, her next chapter has been spending the last 18 years in the hotel industry as a Regional Hotel Manager, General Manager and consultant, working with hotel brands such as Choice, Wyndham, Radisson, and independent hotels, resorts and waterparks before joining the SHG team as a Regional Director of Operations. She loves building successful operations and strives to provide the best guest experience possible at each of her hotels. She enjoys living in the Northwoods in Northern Wisconsin where her and her husband are developing an apple orchard and Christmas tree farm.
