Megan started her hospitality journey as a front desk agent in college in 2003 and has worked her way up from that position. Her background includes experience with hotel chains such as Mariott, Hilton, Choice, and Wyndham. She has been involved in hotel management for 18+ years and loves the adventure of traveling the United States to provide assistance to general managers and their staff in times of need. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews and watching any Iowa sport. Go Hawks!
