Our Team

Meredith started her hospitality journey 16 years ago working for the Disney company during college, where she began in housekeeping, moved on to front desk, and eventually moved into Quality Assurance. After her experiences with Disney, Meredith worked with the Starwood and Omni chains. After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, she joined Marriott as part of their management training program. From there, she continued pursuing her passion for hospitality at the Ritz Carlton down in South Beach before taking on a property support position, which had her traveling between different levels and brands within Marriott. Her next opportunity brought her to Slate Hospitality Group, where she started as a Property Support Manager in March of 2024. She was promoted within the company to the role of Regional Director of Operations in October of 2024. During her free time, Meredith enjoys going back to Texas and seeing her nieces.
