Chef Tyler joined the SHG team in 2017 at Wissota's flagship restaurant, the Wissota Chophouse - Chippewa Falls, with one goal in mind. Tyler wanted to bring an excellent dining experience to every guest that walked through the doors. Being a great chef has always been his goal, which he pursued by watching and learning from the way that so many before him have accomplished their dreams, and following the path they followed. Tyler aims to create unique and delicious meals, and to cultivate great memories and joy for everyone that tries his food. Having started in the service and hospitality industry at a young age, it is the only thing he has ever done. Forever a student of the culinary world, he is always learning new flavors and techniques to apply to the Wissota Brand. Through hard work and determination, he has moved quickly up the ladder in the industry and now holds the position of Task Force Chef for the Wissota Chophouse brand. Tyler enjoys travelling to all Wissota locations to cook excellent food, to train the next generation of chefs in all the things he has learned in the industry, and to educate and encourage the teams to follow Wissota brand standards.
