February 12, 2025 – Neenah, WI – Slate Hospitality Group announces the addition of a new location to their portfolio with the signing of the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites Main Street in Monte Vista, Colorado with MVCO Hotel, LLC. This location marks the 6th location under Slate Hospitality Group’s management in the state.
The addition of the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites – Monte Vista marks the continued partnership between Slate Hospitality Group and the Cobblestone Hotels brand. Construction on this location is expected to begin later this year, and it will sport 62 guestrooms spanning four floors. Guests will be able to look forward to onsite amenities such as an indoor pool, elevator, convenience store, meeting room, and business center.
Located in the San Louis Valley, Monte Vista is a charming city that has deep roots in the agricultural industry. The city’s proximity to the Rio Grande National Forest and multiple mountain peaks makes the city an appealing stop for any tourists passing through by way of I-285.
